All prints are made to order and typically dispatch within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. As each print is made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email heather@inkdot-art.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
