All prints are made to order. We typically dispatch within 2–3 business days.

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days to the United Kingdom and United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email heather@inkdot-art.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
