Do you accept returns?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you change your mind, your print must be unused and in its original packaging. As each piece is made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please email heather@inkdot-art.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photographs and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We want it to be right.
How long does shipping take?
Each print is made to order and produced with care.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and most UK deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and United States.
All orders are produced as close to their destination as possible to reduce unnecessary shipping distance — part of our considered approach to production.
What is a giclée print?
A giclée print is a high-quality fine art reproduction created using archival inks and premium FSC-certified paper.
In simple terms: richer colour, sharper detail, and long-lasting quality.
We choose materials carefully — because the artwork deserves it.
Are your prints framed?
Yes. Our wooden frames are crafted from responsibly sourced solid wood and finished with a clean, contemporary profile. They arrive ready to hang.
We choose frames that complement the artwork — never overpower it.
