All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and clearly shown before you place your order.

Returns & Refunds

Each print is made to order, especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

That said, we want you to love your artwork.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at heather@inkdot-art.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange either a replacement or full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
