Overview
This website is operated by Ink Dot Art (trading as “Ink Dot”). By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence. You’re responsible for your account security and for all activity under it.

2. Products & Content
We try to describe products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary by screen/device. We may update or discontinue items at any time.

3. Orders & Payment
An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may refuse/cancel an order (e.g., unavailability or payment issues). Your purchases are for personal use, not resale.

4. Prices & Taxes
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping and any import charges are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping
Orders are produced to order and typically dispatch within 2–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days to the United Kingdom and United States. Tracking is emailed on dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. As all prints are made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To request a return, customers must contact us at heather@inkdot-art.comwithin 30 days of delivery. We will provide further instructions once the return request has been reviewed. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Ink Dot Art and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools and links “as is” without warranties. Use at your own risk and review their terms/policies.

9. Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Ink Dot Art (Ink Dot); Shopify is not a party to your transactions.

10. Prohibited Uses
Don’t use the site for unlawful, infringing, harmful or disruptive purposes, or to upload malicious code or spam.

11. Disclaimers
Except as required by law, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ink Dot Art against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
