All prints are made to order and carefully produced once your order is placed.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most UK and US orders arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

International orders typically arrive within 2–17 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier or customs delays.

Customs & Import Charges

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at heather@inkdot-art.com with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
